Call for Abstracts

Submission Deadline: November 2, 2026

Submit your abstract on topics related to arboriculture and urban forestry. Proposals from a broad range of disciplines, including forestry, horticulture, utilities, and related fields are welcome. Presentations featuring applied research, practice-based case studies, innovative technologies, and emerging trends are especially encouraged. Faculty, students, and practitioners are all welcome to submit abstracts. For students who want to do a poster presentation, submit a student poster abstract.

Accepted presenters will be expected to give a 30-minute presentation with an additional 5-6 minutes of Q&A.

Early submissions are encouraged, as presentation slots are limited. Abstracts will be reviewed as they are received. Selected presenters will receive a confirmation email along with presentation guidelines and additional information.

Presenters must be available to present on February 23 or February 24.

Commercial presentations, sales pitches, and product promotions will not be accepted.

Presenters whose abstracts are accepted are expected to register for and attend the conference.
