Why Exhibit?
The ISA Southern Chapter Annual Conference attracts approximately 350-400 attendees each year with 40-50 companies exhibiting.
For many of the attendees from the Southern Chapter states* this is the only annual conference that they attend each year. The trade show attendee likes to learn about new products and new companies, plus connect with connect with companies they have done business in the past.

Show Schedule
SCHEDULE NOTE: The show schedule has been modified to encourage the best participation on the show floor and to better accommodate travel schedules of the exhibitors. This schedule is subject to change.
But in return, we ask that every booth remains staffed and intact until the close of the show. No booths should be dismantled or deserted during show hours. An early teardown fee of $500.00 will be charged if this occurs.

Specifications & Booking Notes
THE BENTON CONVENTION CENTER/PIEDMONT 4
The Trade Show will be held at The Benton Convention Center in Piedmont 4.
Ceiling height is 18’. The hall is carpeted.
No large equipment/vehicles will be displayed indoors. Instead, there is an outdoor exhibit area.
To book an outdoor space, you must book at least 1 booth indoors.
Resource Row booths (001-010) are reserved for non-profit organizations.
Standard booths begin at booth # 101 and end at booth 407.
You can book up to a 10’ x 30’ space. Spaces must be in the same aisle. Examples: 226/228 or 200/202/204
No booths should be dismantled or deserted during show hours. An early teardown fee of $500.00 will be charged if this occurs.

BOOTH OPTIONS & RENTAL FEES
The show will be inside and outside this year.
Inside: 10’ x 10’ inline booths available
Outside: For equipment displays only.
Must have at least 1 inline booth to have outside space.
Inline Booths
Minimum Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ (100 square feet)
Maximum Booth Size: 10’ deep x 30’ wide (300 square feet)
Booth Construction:
8’ backwall drape, 3’ sidewall drape(s), and ID sign with company name
Furniture Package: 6’ display table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket per inline booth
Inclusions:
1 complimentary conference registration per 10’ x 10’ booth (valued at $350)
Complimentary virtual booth in the conference mobile app
Complimentary Leads App
Rental Fees:
Early Rate: $1,450 per 10’ x 10’ booth if booked by December 15
Standard Rate: $1,600 per 10’ x 10’ booth after December 15
Outdoor Space for Equipment Only
Outdoor Space is located in a parking lot next to The Benton Convention Center.
Must rent at least 1 inline booth indoors to book outdoor space
Space outdoors will be sold on number of parking spaces required to display equipment.
Standard parking space size is 9’ wide x 18-20’ deep.
Rental Fees:
$950 per parking space
