Call for Student Posters
Submission Deadline: December 14, 2026
Must be present for the Meet the Student Poster Author sessions on February 23 and February 24.
Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts are limited to 250 words.
Identify topic area
Abstracts should be in paragraph form, without bullet points.
Abstract body should include details regarding the background, purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the project.
Indicate topic for presentation
Indicate 5 key words
Poster Presentation Format
Printed poster must fit on an 8’ wide x 4’ tall poster board. Presenter is responsible for creating and printing the poster.
Student must attend the conference and be available for the Meet the Author sessions.
Presenter is responsible for paying the student registration fee for the conference.
Presenter must be a full-time student currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in arboriculture, urban forestry, forestry, horticulture, or related fields.
Confirmation and presentation guidelines will be emailed to selected poster presenters.

Submit a brief biographical paragraph, including your current job title. Please do not submit a C.V.
