Call for Student Posters

Submission Deadline: December 14, 2026

Must be present for the Meet the Student Poster Author sessions on February 23 and February 24.

Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstracts are limited to 250 words.

  • Identify topic area

  • Abstracts should be in paragraph form, without bullet points.

  • Abstract body should include details regarding the background, purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the project.

  • Indicate topic for presentation

  • Indicate 5 key words

Poster Presentation Format

  • Printed poster must fit on an 8’ wide x 4’ tall poster board. Presenter is responsible for creating and printing the poster.

  • Student must attend the conference and be available for the Meet the Author sessions.

  • Presenter is responsible for paying the student registration fee for the conference.

  • Presenter must be a full-time student currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in arboriculture, urban forestry, forestry, horticulture, or related fields.

  • Confirmation and presentation guidelines will be emailed to selected poster presenters.

Speaker Biographical Information

  • Submit a brief biographical paragraph, including your current job title. Please do not submit a C.V.
