Call for Student Posters

Submission Deadline: December 14, 2026

Submit your abstract on topics related to arboriculture, urban forestry, or related fields.

Presenter must be a full-time student currently enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university and pursuing a degree in arboriculture, urban forestry, forestry, horticulture, or related field.

Printed poster must fit on an 8’ wide x 4’ tall poster board. Presenter is responsible for creating and printing the poster.

Accepted students must register for the conference at the student rate and be present for the Student Poster Sessions on February 23 and February 24.

Confirmation and presentation guidelines will be emailed to selected poster presenters.
