1-Day or 2-Day Conference Badge
The badge option includes access to the educational sessions on Wednesday or Thursday and the trade show for specified day(s).  Includes lunch for day selected.

Trade Show Only Options

  • Booth Personnel (for exhibiting companies only)
    Includes access to the trade show only Tuesday-Thursday. Not valid for educational sessions. Includes receptions and meals.

  • Trade Show Pass - Wednesday Only (2/25)
    Includes access to the trade show and lunch.

Payment Options

  • Registration payment can be done by credit card or by check.

  • To pay by check, you will need an authorization code. The authorization code is in the instructions on the registration form.

  • Payments by Credit Card: Credit card payments will process through and show up on your statement as a payment to JT Smith Inc. JT Smith Inc. is our authorized card processing company for this conference.

  • Special Access or Coupon Code: If you have a complimentary or discounted badge, you will receive your Special Access or Coupon Code prior to registering.

Cancellation Policy

By January 31: Cancellation fee of $100 will be applied.
After January : The cancellation fee is equal to the full registration total.
