This Exhibitor List is a reference tool so you know what your booth # is, number of furniture packages (6’ table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket), how many complimentary badges you receive, if you are sponsoring, and if you reserved ad space in the Conference Program.

Important Deadlines

January 23 | Advance shipping opens to warehouse (Fern Expo).
January 27 | Last day for discounted rates with service contractor. See service kit for details.
February 3 | Booth and sponsorship payments must be paid in full in order to exhibit.
February 3 | Last day to register in advance at the early conference rate
February 3 | Certification of Insurance Due. See details below.
February 3 | Last day to get the group rate at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach.
February 10 | Pre-conference attendee mailing list available
February 13 | Company virtual booth built for the mobile app. See details below.
February 20 | Last day to register in advance of the conference.
February 20 | Last day for shipping to the advance warehouse. DO NOT ship freight in advance to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
February 24 | Direct shipments to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center in care of Fern Expo will be accepted. (8 am - 3:30 pm)

Show Schedule

Full Conference & Trade Show Schedule

SCHEDULE NOTE: The show schedule has been modified to encourage the best participation on the show floor and to better accommodate travel schedules of the exhibitors.

But in return, we ask that every booth remains staffed and intact until the close of the show. No booths should be dismantled or deserted during show hours. An early teardown fee of $500.00 will be charged if this occurs.

Exhibitor Services Kit

SHOW FLOOR SPECIFICATIONS
HALL A, MYRTLE BEACH CONVENTION CENTER

  • The trade show floor is NOT carpeted. There will be aisle carpet. You may rent additional carpet for your booth through Fern Expo.

  • Ceiling height is 35’.

  • The loading dock is standard and has easy to navigate drive-in ramps and doors for equipment.

  • Colors: Green, blue and white for the 8’ drape. Green for the 3’ drape. Tables will be skirted in black on 3 sides.

  • Each booth will be furnished with a 6’ display table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket. You will be responsible for ordering any additional items or services for your booth.

Fern Expo

  • Fern Expo is the general service contractor for this year’s show.

  • You will receive an email invitation with your login credentials to access their online service kit, FernOneView.com

  • Customer Service: If cannot find the answer in the kit, please reach out to Kasey Doolittle at (727) 743-8662 or kdoolittle@fernexpo.com

Myrtle Beach Convention Center

  • Wi-Fi: Wireless internet will be available in Hall A and in the ballrooms used for the conference.

  • You will be responsible for ordering any utilities for your booth.

  • Please review the Fire Marshall Guidelines (.pdf).

  • Electric and utilities can be ordered through FernOneView.com

  • A/V Equipment: Contact Stephanie Fetta.

  • Sign Hanging: Can be ordered in FernOneView.com in the Labor Services section.

Badge Registration

BADGES - EARLY DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 3.
Advance registration closes after February 20.

>> REMINDER: Everyone attending from your company must register for a badge.

Complimentary Badges: See the Exhibitors’ List at the top of this page to find out how many complimentary full conference badges or booth personnel badges your company receives.

Purchasing Badges: Additional full conference or exhibit personnel (trade show only) badges may be purchased.  The price of a full conference badge is $350-$450, depending on membership status.  The price for the exhibit personnel badge is $95.  Full conference badge includes access to sessions, trade show, President’s Reception, breakfasts, and lunches.  Exhibit personnel badge includes access to the trade show, President’s Reception, breakfasts, and lunches.

How to Register for the Complimentary Badge(s)

When you are registering the person who is receiving the complimentary badge, please do the following:

  • Select Member Status

  • Select Badge Type

  • Special Access Code: 26Comp$
    Access code is case-sensitive

  • Conference & Trade Show Section:

    • Select 1 at the Comp Exhibitor/Sponsor field for the complimentary full conference badge.

    • If you were awarded complimentary booth personnel badges, select 1 by the Comp Booth Personnel. Booth personnel have access to the trade show, but are not attending sessions.

  • Complete your registration.
    You will receive an email confirmation from noreply@jtsmith.com.

Certificate of Insurance

DUE FEBRUARY 3

A requirement of exhibiting at ISA Southern Chapter Annual Conference and Tradeshow is for ALL exhibitors to carry liability insurance throughout the Exhibition, with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 USD per occurrence. If a liability claim occurs against Exhibitor and ISA Southern Chapter, Exhibitor will be responsible for Exhibitor’s legal defense, and potentially for paying a claim brought against Exhibitor. It shall be the responsibility of Exhibitor to maintain proper liability insurance. Exhibitors that demonstrate their equipment, provide climbing opportunities, or stage their equipment in positions other than a transport mode, are required to provide proper insurance certificates to ISA Southern Chapter. Exhibitors must verify and present proper insurance when requested to do so. Certificates indicating adequate insurance coverage are to be provided to ISA Southern Chapter by February 3, 2026. Even if Exhibitor hires an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), Exhibitor still must supply its own Certificate of Liability Insurance. To ensure that the Certificate of Liability Insurance has the correct information required, under the “Under the Certificate Holder”, it needs to include: ISA Southern Chapter, 1609 Missouri Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63104. Email COI to tradeshow@isasouthern.org and/or mail to the St. Louis address noted above.

Your company will have a Virtual Booth in the conference’s Mobile App. Complete building your listing for the mobile app by February 13.

How to Build Your Virtual Booth

You will receive an email invite from noreply@jtsmith.com to access your app listing. Please check your spam/junk folder. These emails sometimes land there.

For exhibitors booked prior to January 12, your email will be sent by January 15. After that, emails will be sent the Friday after you book your booth. If you cannot find the email, refer to the exhibitor list at the top of this page. Your weblink to access will be there. Or contact Connie HilsonConference & Trade Show Manager. for login details.

Lead Retrieval

We will be using the showPRO™ Leads for Lead Retrieval at this show. It is FREE to use and easy to learn. Sign up is not required. Instructions will be at your booth.

You can use Leads via the Conference Mobile App or showPRO Leads, both are available in your favorite app store. Search for ISA Southern Chapter or showPRO Leads.
