This Exhibitor List is a reference tool so you know what your booth # is, number of furniture packages (6’ table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket), how many complimentary badges you receive, if you are sponsoring, and if you reserved ad space in the Conference Program.

February 16 | Company listing due for the pocket program and included in the mobile app. See details below.
February 16 |  Pocket Program Advertisers:  Artwork file due. See specifications below.
February 26 | Advance shipping opens to warehouse.
March 1 | Booth and sponsorship payments must be paid by this date in order to exhibit.
March 1 | Last day to get the group rate at the Marriott Hotel.
March 8 | Last day to get the group rate at the Doubletree or the Courtyard by Marriott
March 8 | Last day to register in advance at the early conference rate
March 8 | Certification of Insurance Due. See details below.
March 8 | Last day for discounted rates with service contractor. See service kit for details.
March 8 | Last day to receive the discounted conference hotel rate of $179 plus tax per night.
March 11 | Pre-conference attendee mailing list available
March 15 | Last day to register in advance of the conference.
March 20 | Last day for shipping to the advance warehouse. DO NOT ship freight in advance to the Statehouse Convention Center
March 21 | Last day to order utilities through Statehouse Convention Center
March 24 | Direct shipments to the Statehouse Convention Center in care of Fern will be accepted.

NEW - FREE LEAD RETRIEVAL

We will be using the showPRO™ Leads App for Lead Retrieval at this show. It is free to you and very user-friendly. Scan your badge to access the Leads App then scan the attendee’s badge to write up any notes or send a document/image from the app. Sign up is not required. We will have information at your booth on how to use it.

All equipment and vehicles must be in place by 12 pm.
12:00 - 5:00 pm | Move-in for All Exhibitors
All empty containers and crates must be tagged
and ready to move to Empty Storage by 5pm.

SHOW Vendors

Fern Exposition

  • Fern is the general service contractor for this year’s show.

  • Fern will email exhibitors a login and password to access the online service kit, Fern OneView, beginning the week of January 15th. Exhibitors booked after that should receive the email in a few days after booking.

Statehouse Convention Center

  • Statehouse Convention Center has complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

  • You will be responsible for ordering any additional utilities for your booth.

  • Review the Exhibitor Guidelines.

  • Access the online utility forms

BADGES - EARLY DEADLINE is MARCH 8. FINAL DEADLINE IS MARCH 15.

Complimentary Badges: See the Exhibitors’ List at the top of this page to find out how many complimentary full conference badges your company receives.

Purchasing Badges: Additional full conference or exhibit personnel (trade show only) badges may be purchased.  The price of a full conference badge is $340-$440, depending on membership status.  The price for the exhibit personnel badge is $75.  Full conference badge includes access to sessions, trade show, Sunday President’s Reception and Monday & Tuesday lunch tickets.  Exhibit personnel badge includes access to the trade show, Sunday President’s Reception, and Monday & Tuesday lunch tickets.

When you are registering the person who is receiving the complimentary badge, please do the following:

  • Register as: Select Member Conference

  • Badge Purchase: Select Full Conference

SHOW FLOOR SPECIFICATIONS

  • The trade show floor is not carpeted. You may rent carpet for your booth through Fern.

  • Ceiling height varies depending on location.

    • Aisles 600 (odd side only) - 1000 have 20’ ceilings.

    • Aisles 400 - 600 (even side only) have 38’ ceilings.

  • The loading dock is standard and has easy to navigate drive-in ramps and doors for equipment.

  • Colors: Teal, blue and white for the 8’ drape. Teal for the 3’ drape. Tables will be skirted in black on 3 sides.

  • Each booth will be furnished with a 6’ display table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket. You will be responsible for ordering any additional items or services for your booth.

YOUR COMPANY LISTING - DUE FEBRUARY 16

Your company will be listed in the conference’s Pocket Program and the conference mobile app. Complete this task in the mobile app by February 16. You will receive an invite from noreply@jtsmith.com to access your app listing. Please check your spam/junk folder. These emails sometimes land there. ADVERTISING SPECIFICATIONS - Artwork due on february 16

For Exhibitors that purchased advertising space with their booth contract. If you would like to purchase an ad, contact Connie Hilson, Conference & Trade Show Manager.

Ad Sizes & Specifications

  • Full page ad size is 4.25” wide x 11” tall with a maximum .25” bleed. Cover ads are the same size as full page.

  • Half page ad size is 4” wide x 5.5” tall with no bleed.

  • Artwork formats accepted include .pdf, .ai, .eps, or .tif. • Print-quality artwork (300 dpi) is needed.\

  • Please refer to the Exhibitor List at the top of this page to see if you have an advertisement reserved for the Pocket Program.

Certificate of Insurance - Due march 8

A requirement of exhibiting at ISA Southern Chapter Annual Conference and Tradeshow is for ALL exhibitors to carry liability insurance throughout the Exhibition, with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 USD per occurrence. If a liability claim occurs against Exhibitor and ISA Southern Chapter, Exhibitor will be responsible for Exhibitor’s legal defense, and potentially for paying a claim brought against Exhibitor. It shall be the responsibility of Exhibitor to maintain proper liability insurance. Exhibitors that demonstrate their equipment, provide climbing opportunities, or stage their equipment in positions other than a transport mode, are required to provide proper insurance certificates to ISA Southern Chapter. Exhibitors must verify and present proper insurance when requested to do so. Certificates indicating adequate insurance coverage are to be provided to ISA Southern Chapter by March 8, 2024. Even if Exhibitor hires an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), Exhibitor still must supply its own Certificate of Liability Insurance. To ensure that the Certificate of Liability Insurance has the correct information required, under the “Under the Certificate Holder”, it needs to include: ISA Southern Chapter, 1609 Missouri Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63104. Email COI to tradeshow@isasouthern.org and/or mail to the St. Louis address noted above.
