Judges & Technicians Needed

Experienced arborists with no ties to the contestants are needed to volunteer as Judges and Techs for the competition.  The preliminary events include Aerial Rescue, Speed Climb, Throwline, Open Ascent, and Work Climb. The top contestants who have accumulated the highest combined point total for the five preliminary events move on to the Masters’ Challenge.

2:00 – 4:00 PM                      Mandatory – Contestant roll call, gear check and event walk thru with Judges

4:00 – 5:00 PM                      Mandatory – Meeting for Judges and Officials

5:00 – 6:00 PM                      Mandatory – Meeting for Judges, Officials, and Contestants

Saturday, March 23, 2024     

7:00 AM                                Final briefing & roll call, light breakfast provided

7:30 AM - 3:00 PM                ISA Southern Chapter Tree Climbing Championship - Preliminary Events

Sunday, March 24, 2024         

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM               ISA Southern Chapter Tree Climbing Championship Masters’ Challenge
