WHY EXHIBIT?

The ISA Southern Chapter Annual Conference attracts over 500 attendees each year. For many of the attendees from the Southern Chapter states* this is the only annual conference that they attend each year. The trade show attendee likes to learn about new products and new companies, plus connect with connect with companies they have done business in the past.

*Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands, South Carolina, Tennessee

Who Attends?

In 2018, 544 people attended the conference and trade show in Memphis, Tennessee.

  • 56% of the attendees were from a Southern Chapter state/province

  • 43% of the attendees came from other U.S. states

  • 1% of the attendees traveled from an international location

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO EXHIBIT?

Renting an INLINE BOOTH                                 

Minimum Booth Size:  10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)

  • Construction

    • 8’ backwall drape, 3’ sidewall drape(s), and ID sign with company name

    • Does not include carpet. Carpet is not required.

  • Standard Rental Fees (after December 15, 2018)

    • $12.50/square foot

    • $125/corner premium

  • Furniture Package: 1 package per 100 sq. ft.

    • 6’ display table, 2 chairs, wastebasket

  • Conference Badges: 1 full conference badge per 100 sq. ft.

RENTING Bulk Space

Minimum Booth Size:  20’ x 20’ (400 sq. ft.)

  • Construction:

    • Open floor space

    • Does not include carpet. Carpet is not required.

  • Standard Rental Fee (after December 15, 2018): $11.00/square foot

  • Furniture Package: 1 package per booth

    • 6’ display table, 2 chairs, wastebasket

  • Conference Badges: 3 full conference badges per booth
